By submitting this application, I/we confirm that:
1. I/we acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Hawkes Group Standard Credit Account Terms & Conditions, which are enforceable without a physical signature and available upon request.
2. I/we understand that all credit, plant hire, contracting agreements, and associated services provided by Hawkes Group are subject to additional service-specific terms, incorporated into these terms and available upon request.
3. I/we accept that the company directors are personally liable under the Personal Director Guarantee, which remains in effect even if the director resigns or if the company ceases trading.
4. I/we understand that Hawkes Group reserves the right to take debt recovery action, including County Court Judgments (CCJ), statutory demands, and winding-up petitions, in the event of non-payment.
5. I/we authorise Hawkes Group to conduct credit checks and share necessary information with third-party agencies for account approval and debt recovery purposes.
6. I/we agree that use of the credit facility constitutes full acceptance of these terms, even in the absence of a physical signature.
