Location: Multi Site Across the Midlands
Hawkes Group is a leading Construction Partner to some of the largest national house builders and Civil Engineering Companies in the UK.
Hawkes are recruiting for various Site Supervisor roles to work on sites across the Midlands. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of services provided to the clients by Hawkes Group.
They will ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion in accordance with the appropriate schedules and standards. They will undertake a range of PPM tasks at a frequency specified by corresponding plans and industry standards.
The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for logging any jobs that arise whilst on site, as well as monitoring and taking the appropriate action with regards to jobs that have been allocated to them. This is a customer facing role and demands excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:
To ensure security of their site.
To report any accidents, near misses, health and safety or environmental issues to the Contracts Manager, Site Manager and Office Staff as necessary.
To carry out checks, to a frequency specified by industry standard and PPM plans, on a variety of site assets
Daily Site Inspections
Inspection of Drains for maintenance and cleanliness
Any other requests as made by the Contract Manager as necessary to ensure the smooth running of Hawkes Group contract

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:
Experience of operational delivery of Services
Full clean driving licence

2 years or more years experience as a transport manager is highly regarded.
